Strategically placed increases and decreases make it so you never have to move/change the placement of the center stitch marker to achieve the asymmetric shape. Garter stitch, stripes, and lace create a classic knitwear piece that can be worn boldly with speckles or bright colors vs. more reserved with beautiful neutrals.
