Yarn: 400 yds/365 m of worsted weight yarn. Shown using Kismet Fiber Works Pamiri Worsted Weight (140 yds/450 m per 100g skein), 100% Goat - Cashgora. Color: Natural Brown, 2 skeins.
As each Tajiki woman spins a different thickness, the Pamiri skeins are created by measuring 100 grams. Skeins can vary with more yardage making them more of a heavy DK through Aran weight. Needles: US#8/5.0 mm 32”/80 cm circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 16 sts/20 rows = 4”/10 cm in pattern after blocking.
Notions: 1 stitch marker and a tapestry needle.
