My goal as a designer was to create patterns that were clear and easy to understand whether for a simple or difficult pattern. I also like patterns with repeats that are easy to memorize for nice “on the go” knitting. Although on occasion, I whip out some “knit me when it’s quiet” patterns too. :)

I also feel it is important to offer both charted and written instructions whenever possible. It’s true, most of my patterns offer one size, but I am starting to offer more patterns with multiple sizes. As I often adjust the sizing of a pattern to my gauge and project anyway, I decided other knitters probably did this too! Accessories are especially important to size and play with when you are knitting. :)
