This design celebrates “that skein you fell in love” with because it was just so perfect. The design is written to show the yarn as you first saw it, as a hank. It would work well and oh, so many great yarns from Indie Dyers. I used 3 different dyers for my samples and love them ALL for different reasons !!!!

This is a nice relatively simple shawl. Skill needed are: Knit Stitch (k), Purl Stitch (p), Yarn Over (yo), and a basic Crochet (half double) Bind Off

Loosely Based on the Pi Shawl principle, this semicircular shawl has different lace sections, encased with a knit in I-Cord edge.

The pattern is a CHARTED cable and bobble pattern. Long ribbed beginning and slouched top.

Yarn Choice: These pieces can be knit in Sport, DK or even Light Worsted Weight yarn…. So if you are working from stash or a delicious yarn you bought ONE skein of at a Fiber Fair… try it out! DK is the yarn I would suggest, but I have made this in the other yarns as well and it will work.
