Linguist by profession, maker by heart.

My name is Simone, I am a knitwear designer currently living in the woods outside of Königswinter in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. My university degree in Historical Linguistics and Celtic Studies landed me a day job as a copy editor of IT books, of all things.

As you can see from my designs, colour plays an important role in my life and my work. Fingerless mittens are my hobbyhorse and I love a good, complex lace design.
I currently build my brand as a designer and would love to connect, collaborate, or just grab a (virtual or actual) cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate and chat.
