Waves and White Sand
by Mary Forte
I’m always fascinated by highly textured stitches. As I was researching the Stitch Anatomy topic, “Working in Rows Below,” I came upon the pull-up stitch, which gives knitting a distinct rippled effect. Ripples made me think of water, so I started swatching with blue and white yarn and came up with the Waves and White Sand Pillow.
