Vineyard Lace Scarf
by Felicia Lo
Handpainted variegated yarns can be worked up to take advantage of the phenomenon of pooling and produce stunningly beautiful results. One of the best ways to maximize the individual colors in a handpainted yarn is to encourage the pooling or stacking of colors to create large areas of the same color. This fine lace stole combines the warmth and softness of cashmere and silk together with bold stripes of plum, magenta, and olive to make a gorgeous and luxurious statement.
