This design is another example of a spiral sequence (see design Knit-weaving) inspired by Cecelia Campochiaro and her book Sequence Knitting.

The Swirling Around Color Loops design doesn’t include the detailed instructions contained in the Color Loops ebook or the Color Loops and Perfect Sock Tutorial, however it has generic sock instructions following the charts and instructions for the Swirling Around set-up.
