Sagramor Cowl of Imperviousness

Regal, reversible, and warm, this double-thick cowl is armor for your neck when it is bitter cold. Sir Sagramor would have been lucky to have this in his defense arsenal.
If you prefer something a bit lighter, there are instructions for doing the crochet math for working at other gauges.
Skills required: chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, front post double crochet (FPDC)
Yarns: solid color singles will allow the textures to pop; other bulky yarns include Lambs Pride Bulky, Reynolds Lopi, and Paton’s Classic Wool Roving.
