A drop-stitch with two different colors gives Omer’s Scarf a dynamic texture reminiscent of the colorful weaving of Native American designs. Worked in worsted weight Rambouillet yarn, this dense fabric makes for a warm scarf or a sturdy table runner. The tassels add a playful touch of whimsy.

“Lucy went back to her yarn, trying to turn her thoughts to what she might make out of it. She settled on a design she’d watched her Great Aunt Sally work on a sweater. She thought it might be nice on one of the narrow parlor tables as a runner. She could add some tassels to hang off the ends of the table and dress up the place a bit.”
