Lilac Leaves Shawl
Soft and simple, lacey and delicate, Lilac Leaves is a semi-circular shawl knit from the top-down and finished with a border of lilac leaves lace. Lilac Leaves is comprised of four identical, symmetrical wedges separated by “spine” stitches that run from the neck to the hem. A two-stitch garter border runs along either side of the shawl.
Knit this up in either laceweight or a fingering weight yarn for different effect. The shawl can be infinitely modifiable by adding repeats in the stockinette body or the lace border.
