His Or Hers Loom Knit Scarf
This scarf is knit in the Box Garter Stitch with a segment of regular garter stitch at each end to give it additional structure and help it drape. Knit with a single strand of soft worsted yarn on a large gauge loom, it has a lush texture that keeps you warm without being heavy or bulky. The fabric is appealing on either side.
Size: 6” wide x 70” using about 280 yards (just under 1 skein) of Caron Simply Soft
Materials:
Large gauge loom with a minimum of 24 pegs
One skein Caron Simply Soft or similar yarn
Knitting tool
Notions: scissors, measuring tape (for length), crochet hook (optional, for weaving in ends)
Stitches:
Cast on: double e-wrap
Knit (true knit stitch was used) E-wrap is not recommended as it will distort the stitch pattern
Purl
Box Garter.
