Cable Sweater Cosy
Keep your breakfast eggs warm and snug in this little roll-neck Cable Sweater Cosy. This sweater uses a right twist to create the mock cable pattern, so no cable needle is required. They would also make cute decorations for your home at Christmastime.
Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, each sweater is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).
NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4).
RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than 10 grammes per sweater.
NOTIONS
Tapestry needle and stitch markers.
SIZES
One size only - 9cm tall.
TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, decreases, and seaming to finish.
