This striped sausage dog is a quick little knit to use up odds and ends of yarn. You could make one as a bag charm, key charm, or just as a sweet little toy. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, this dog is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 2.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes in each colour.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and beads for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - 10cm lomg.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
