These socks are easy enough to knit while chatting, sipping, cooking or wherever your holiday season takes you. They are also a lovely mindful knit to enjoy in your own company.
Plump cables are accentuated by ribbing and garter sections that make these socks delicious to knit and wear. The garter sections, don’t only look great, but are actually a very easy way to count your rounds for the cables.

Written and charted instructions are included with a video tutorial to show the cable being worked without a cable needle

The pattern looks great on lots of different types of yarn…Give it a try! Check out my tester’s project pages for inspiration.

The sock is knit from the top down with a heel flap and traditional gusset. I finished it with my version of a rounded toe.

Small 56 stitch, (Medium 64 stitch, Large 72 stitch).
7 (8, 9) inches / 18 (20.25, 23) cm,approximate foot circumference.

1 skein of fingering weight yarn.

Huge thanks to my test knitters Heather J, Rochelle, Alexa, Leanne, Joseé, Heather D, Kathryn, Lori and Tamara for their feedback and their beautiful socks.
