Baby socks are officially the most annoying (even if they are the cutest) baby garments. They don’t stay on wiggly little feet! Enter the Sock Minder. A Sock Minder is essentially just a snug little stirrup that keeps the socks on. They really do work! Certified tested by a 9 week old. And the entire Sock Minder consists of only 24 rows! So they are the perfect last minute shower gift. And I guarantee they will be the only pair of Sock Minders that momma is gonna get! This is the most useful, unique gift you can give at a shower. This is also a great little pattern to use up odd bits of leftover yarn.

Techniques: Knitting in the round on double-point needles, basic chart reading, cabling, stretchy bind off of your choice (I use Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off in the sample), and casting on in the middle of a row.
