I received a strange request from my grandmother this year for her Christmas present. She lives in a retirement community where (apparently) bibs are all the rage. She asked for some sewn bibs out of some old scrap cloth. I thought I’d go just a step further and knit her a bib she could be proud of.

“Kitty” is a an eye patch originially designed for my daughter who has a lazy eye. It is one size, but you could easily size up by adding more length to the I-cord. When not in use as an eye patch it can also be worn as a headband.
