Pero: cuff down with a heel flap. The socks can be made with one color, or using a mini skein as a contrasting color.

Pesco: cuff down with a short row heel.

Mimosa flower: cuff down with a heel flap. In the slip stitch pattern only one color is used per round. A contrasting color is used for the heel and toe. Gusset decreases are hidden in the sole.
