This book contains nine patterns of sport and special occasion baby hats. There are patterns for a football, baseball, basketball, Santa, Easter Egg, St. Patrick’s Day, Valentine’s, Ghost and Witch Hats.

In the patterns, each size is highlighted in a different colour. This is very helpful when reading the pattern.

Leisure Arts also offers bonus technique videos to help with unfamiliar techniques.

The patterns are written in the round and call for a set of double pointed needles (set of 5). a yarn needle and split-ring marker.
The yardage depends on the size of the hat but ranges between 1-2 skeins. The witch hat is two skeins.

Perfect for learning to knit in the round and very portable!
