PATTERN INFORMATION
Zygzak is an easy and fun project made with 3 skeins of Miss Babs Yowza Mini. It is worked in garter stitch with increases and decreases forming a zigzag pattern. The cowl is worked flat and its two ends are joined on the bind-off row.

3 skeins of Miss Babs Yowza Mini (100% Superwash Merino; 182 m/80 g 200 yd/2.8 oz skeins)
Shown in Violaceous (C1), Gentian (C2) and Clematis (C3).

140 m/155 yds of DK yarn in C1, C2 and C3 each (420 m/465 yds total)
Gauge
Stockinette stitch: 22 sts and 30 rows = 10 cm/4 in
Garter stitch: 20 sts and 42 rows = 10 cm/4 in
Gauge is not crucial for this project, but any changes will affect yardage needed and finished size.
Needles and notions
• main needles: 4 mm/US size 6 straight needles, or size to obtain the correct gauge
• spare needle: 4 mm/US size 6 circular needle, any length
• larger needle: 4.5 mm/US size 7 circular needle, any length
• 4 stitch markers
• scrap yarn
