This is a super cute little sweater for your phone. Besides making your phone look amazing, the zig zag phone sweater also keeps your phone from getting scratched in your bag. Your phone won’t be getting cold! This is a quick and easy project. Perfect for people new to colour work!

The pattern can be made to fit pretty much any phone, but is written to fit an iPhone 4s. Instructions are given to increase height and width of the phone sweater. Gauge isn’t very important for this project.

Measurements of iPhone 4S:

Height: 4.5 inches (115.2 mm)
Width: 2.31 inches (58.6 mm)
Depth: 0.37 inch (9.3 mm)

Materials:
• 2.5 mm (US 1,5) double pointed needles or circular needles.
• 50 – 100 meters (54 -109 yards) of fingering weight yarn (MC).
• Optional: 30 meters (32 yards) of a contrasting color of fingering weight yarn. If you want to use 2 contrasting colors you’ll need about 15 meters (16 yards) of each color.
• Tapestry needle.

This pattern can be made to fit your taste. In the sample I used 2 contrasting colors, but it can also be made in just the main color or with only one contrasting color.

The pattern includes both charts for the textured and colored sections of the phone sweater as well as written out instructions. The pattern is 3 pages.
