Woven Crochet Heart
The pattern for this heart was based on the Swedish Woven Paper Hearts.
2 equal parts are woven together to get the shape of the heart.
Video tutorial available here:https://youtu.be/MB9p48J1Nx0
1 folded/woven heart measures 12 cm.
You can use any yarn you like for this pattern. Use the hook size that is advised on the label. Using a different hook size and/or yarn will only influence the size of the heart.
Add a ribbon or a closure if you like. You might want to sew/crochet the heart a bit more closed at the outer sides of the round parts. Do so after assembly.
Use the heart as a decoration (in the Christmas tree), to hold a sachet of potpourri or to hold a gift for your loved ones.
I hope you enjoy the pattern.
