Wood Duck Chullo
Chullo knitting begins with the earflaps, which are knit back and forth. After each earflap is completed, an i-cord and tassel are attached. The body of the chullo begins with a selvage for the hem. The earflaps are attached at the hem border by purling together a stitch form the earflap with a stitch from the chullo body. The chullo ends with crown shaping that reduces the top to a point. An i-cord rope and tassel are attached to the top.
