Wisteria Blossoms
There is something incredibly romantic about wisteria. A herald of summer, the flowers hang in graceful profusion from vines that can live for a hundred years. I designed Wisteria Blossoms with romance in mind. This cardigan has a top-down, seamless raglan construction with pretty lace panels that begin at the centre front and back, and grow out toward the cuffs.
It is designed to be worn with around 2-4 inches/5-10 cm of positive ease. The sample shown is around 8 cm larger than my actual bust measurement and is perfect for summer when worked in a linen yarn, but would also make a beautiful all-seasons garment if made in wool or alpaca…
Bust measurements: 83 (94, 103, 113, 123)(132, 143, 153, 159) cm/32.5 (37, 40.5, 44.5, 48.5) (52, 57, 60, 62.5) inches
