Wisp Lace Bunting
Beautiful delicate crochet bunting which adds a touch of charm to any space. With three flag designs using the technique of filet crochet to create a different subtle pattern within each flag. Mix and match the patterns and colours to create a gorgeous bunting, perfect for adding a stunning breath of fresh air to any space. Make it in delightful pastel shades, keep it crisp and white or go for colourful brights. So many possibilities…
The technique of Filet Crochet is used. Filet Crochet uses a simple combination of chains and treble (US double crochet) stitches to make either a space or a block. In creating these spaces and blocks, an open, lacy, grid-like fabric is made, and amazing subtle designs can be created.
Patterns are followed from a chart where the filled in black squares represent a block and the white empty squares represent a space.
