This is the cover project on Simply Knitting 77, March 2011, Chunky Knits supplement and published under the name “Furrow Field.” It is a loose-fitting, cabled cardigan in chunky yarn with a hood. The body of the garment is in a honeycomb-patterned cable stitch, and the edges and sleeves are in moss/seed stitch. No buttons or buttonholes are included in the design; instead the front can be fastened with a kilt pin.

The pattern requires 17-20 x 100g balls of the recommended chunky yarn, a cable needle and a kilt pin.
