This cardigan is worked in separate pieces: back, right front, left front, and two sleeves, all worked flat. Pieces are joined with mattress stitch seams, and stitches are picked up along the front panels and neck to knit the button band. The dropped shoulder yoke is shaped with short rows — I used German short rows, but you may use any short row method you prefer.
