• 2 blanket sizes included in pattern (lap-ghan and blanket)
• pattern is easily adjustable for smaller or larger sizing
• pattern support is always available via email (included in in pattern)
• dk, worsted, and Aran yarns are combined (held together) to achieve chunky gauge, if you only have small amounts of chunky remnant yarn
• novelty yarns, wool, cotton, acrylic, all yarns work well together in this project
• a crocheted edge is optional once blanket is complete

Skills and Supplies Needed

• knitting: cast on, cast off, knit
• 6.5mm (US 10.5) needles (circular 24” or 32” is recommended to accommodate large
  number of stitches)
• 6.0mm (US 10) crochet hook (optional for crocheted border)
• Yardage: lapghan: 1000 yards (914m), includes border blanket: 1800 yards (1645m), includes border
• Additional materials: scissors, large-eye blunt tip sewing needles to weave in ends
