"Water Lily" hat
Why “Water Lily” hat?
- This hat has a double brim to keep your ears warm.
- Knitting pattern is super interesting with lace, cables and detailed shaping of the top.
- You will create something truly exceptional with very little time.
Hat is in one size for head circumference of 50 to 60 cm / 19,5 to 23,5 inches and the depth of the hat is 20 cm / 7,8 inches. Of course, depth of the hats are adjustable and you can repeat the pattern as many times as you like.
Now, in order to knit this hat, you’ll need:
- double pointed needles size 2 mm / US 0 and size 3 mm / US 3 (or circulars at same size)
- cable needle
- markers (optional)
- for this size it took 60g (250 yds) of 4 ply fingering yarn (DROPS Baby Merino)
So, what you should know about knitting?
- knit and purl (naturally);
- yarn over;
- knit 2 together and slip, slip, knit together;
- know how to make cables - 3/3 cables in this case (to right and left both);
To sum it up, you’ll get:
- comprehensive written instructions;
- detailed knitting charts;
- my help in any stage you’re in;
