This women’s lightweight cardigan is knit from the bottom hem up. The body is worked back and forth to the armholes, then set aside to work the sleeves in the round. The body and sleeves are then joined and the upper body is shaped using raglan decreases at the shoulders. It is trimmed with a simple garter stitch button band along the fronts and
hems. The center back has a mountain-range inspired lace panel, as do the sleeves and the front edges.

Note that all of the lace motifs are presented in chart form ONLY. These are not presented in written/line-by-line format.

Skills needed: Basic knit/purl, yarn-overs, k2tog and ssk decreases, chart-reading ability.

When choosing a yarn, pick one with a soft drape (like the Yakity Yak silk/yak blend) and limited halo so that the lace pattern will show nicely.

This pattern is available with the yarn as a kit through Greenwood Fiberworks.
