Berets have become synonymous with the French. What better way to advertise your francophilia than with a beautiful colorwork beret? Vivienne is worked in the round from the brim up to that classic “stem”. All colorwork is charted.

- C2: Polo & Co. Meygal (50% Camel, 50% Merino; 437 yd/400 m per 100 g skein); Color: Natural; 1 skein or approximately 80 m of fingering yarn
- C3: Polo & Co. Masgot Fine (100% Wool; 437 yd/400 m per 100 g skein); Color: Silex; 1 skein or approximately 80 m of fingering yarn
- C4: Polo & Co. Masgot Fine Craie (100% Wool; 437 yd/400 m per 100 g skein); Color: Craie; 1 skein or approximately 80 of fingering yarn
- US4/3.5 mm circular needle, 16-inch/40 cm + set of DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge)
- US0/2.5 mm circular needle, 16-inch/40 cm (or approximately 1.0 mm smaller than gauge needle)
- Stitch marker, tapestry needle Gauge 26 sts x 32 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in Stockinette stitch with larger needle, after blocking
