This bold, colorful throw is a crocheted interpretation of an Amish bar quilt. Because the Amish have no electricity, their quilts are made in bright, vivid colors that appear vibrant even in low light.

- Red Heart Super Saver medium (worsted) weight acrylic yarn (7 oz/364 yds/198g per skein): 2 skeins #406 medium thyme; 1 skein each #321 gold, #718 shocking pink, #776 dark orchid, #312 black and #256 carrot
- Size J/10/6mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle
Gauge:
Center Stripe rows 1-6 = 2 inches square
