Versatile Pineapple Poncho
A CLASSIC pineapple crochet design takes to one of today’s newest fashions - the poncho. This one is styled to wear 2 ways… a dramatic wrap or a fun-loving skirt. And it’s so easy to slip into. The pompon drawstring gives a snug fit around the neck or waist but lets the rest of you move freely.
SIZES: Fits Sizes 8 to 16.
MATERIALS: Spinnerin Deluxe Knitting Worsted or Marvel Twist Wash Fit (4-oz. skeins) 7 skeins. Crochet hook size H or size to give gauge.
GAUGE: 3 shell rows = 2”
NOTE: Body of this garment, which may be worn as either a skirt or a poncho, is worked for 38 rounds from foundation chain to lower edge; the yoke, which may be worn around neck and shoulders or around waist and hips, is worked for 6 rounds from first round of body to upper edge. (Finished Length = 27”)
