Vancouver is a cabled front / ribbed patterned back, double breasted, hip length cardigan. It has a textured front band and shawl collar, that is knit separately, then attached/seamed to the body pieces.

It has long sleeves (just below wrist) w/ ribbed turned back cuffs.

The pattern is knit in pieces from the bottom up; and seamed.

Two Sizes:
Size A: 35-36 inch bust
Size B: 38-39 inch bust

Length from top of shoulder: 23.5 inches (all sizes)

Length of sleeve seam with cuff turned back: 17 inches / or length desired (all sizes)

Note: There is no ease mentioned; but the pattern picture indicates it may not have sufficient room to wear a shirt / blouse underneath.
