Twinkle is a collaboration between Palmer Yarn Company and Milly’s Knit Designs. The pattern uses one to three colors of worsted weight yarn.

This cozy cowl is a perfect accessory - throw it in your bag and have it to wear any time. This bandana cowl is knit flat and then joined in the round to finish. Have fun mixing color combos for the different stitch sections.
