This pattern was exclusive to the Vampire Sock Club 2009 as the Volturi Sock, but was then made available to everyone!

The three parallel chevrons in this traditional Italian pattern remind me of the tunnels under the city in which our favorite “vegetarian vampires” have to travel as they embark on their fateful visit to those Italian vampires.

The following skills/stitches are used in the pattern: using double-point needles, knit, purl, k2tog, p2tog, ssk, p2sso, yo, picking up stitches, kitchener stitch
