Worked in the round from just one skein of luxurious 4ply merino fingering weight yarn, the cowl drapes and folds elegantly around the neck. The bottom edge is worked in a simple 2/2 rib and the tulip shaped cable pattern is combined with simple lace, developing into staggered columns that repeat three times before returning to the 2/2 rib top edge.

1 skein Great Southern Yarn 4ply (fingering weight) - 100% SRS Merino (400 metres/437 yards per 100 grams). Pictured in Yvette Coppersmith (pink) and Davida Allen (yellow). 85 grams used for project (340 metres/358 yards).
