Tulip Cowl
A beautiful cowl adorned with cables and ruffles. I named it “Tulip Cowl” because of its resemblance to a tulip hat. The ruffled lace is elegant and adds warmth.
It is worked from the top down and in the round. I recommend using smooth and firm yarns which keep shape and warmth.
