CONSTRUCTION 
Cowl is worked in the round, from the bottom up.
MATERIALS 
Approximately 300 yards of worsted weight wool yarn 
3 skeins of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter (100% American Targhee-Columbia wool; 140 yards/50g) 
Sample shown in color Long Johns
GAUGE 
22 stitches & 34 rounds = 4” in cable pattern from Chart, after blocking
NEEDLES 
One 24” circular needle and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs) in size needed to obtain gauge listed 
Suggested Size: 4½ mm (US 7)
Finished Dimensions 
41” circumference; 6½“ height
