A slouchy, sassy beret with lacey vines that zig-zag upwards and decrease into a pretty sunburst at the top. Thisbe is knit in the round using a twisted ribbed brim that increases in a row of eyelets.
This hat is designed to be worn with a brim of approximately 2.5” of negative ease sitting fairly far back on the head, and is sized to fit a S 19/20” (M 21/22”, L 23”) head, for a brim measuring approximately 17” (18.5”, 20”) inches around. A smaller or larger hat can easily be made by subtracting or adding a multiple of 6 stitches when casting on. Elastic can be threaded through the finished brim to tighten a hat.
