The Stanley Shawl

This boomerang-shaped triangular shawl design features three distinct sections: relaxing garter stitch, ribbed stitches, and a classic tumbling blocks motive, which I’ve already used in the Stanley cardigan and slipover designs.
The pattern is super fun to knit and comes with written instructions and charts.
NEEDLES
— 4 mm / US 6 circular needle, cable length of at least 80 cm (or needle size to obtain gauge).
MEASUREMENTS
190 cm, wingspan, 80 cm deep at center.
GAUGE
20 sts x 29 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in garter stitch on the larger needle after blocking.
Gauge is not crucial for this project but will affect the finished measurements and yardage.

2 skeins of Rauwerk No2 100% Bavarian Merino wool, 2-ply carded yarn 100g / 300m. The sample is knit in the colorway Kalk.
NOTIONS
Blocking tools, darning needles, removable stitch markers, scrap yarn, and tape measure.
