The mellow one is a beautiful and very comfortable crescent shaped shawl. Knitted from the top down in relaxing garter stitches flanked by a pretty lacy edge. The shawl increases steadily right up to where the gorgeous shell lace border starts.
Knit loosely for best results and enjoy~

Size blocked: 15.5“ in height and 82” in total span.

Yarn
One skein of Yarnology, 238 yards of varying colors, textures and yarn weights in 7 portions of 34 yards each ranging from fingering, sport, DK and worsted weights.
One skein Bambon, 154 yards in a DK weight bamboo/cotton yarn.

Notions
US size 10 (6.5 mm) circular needle 40” (101 cm) in length.
Darning needle for finishing

Gauge
12 sts and 20 rows in 4” of Garter stitch, blocked

Level of Expertise: Intermediate

Techniques used:
Knitting flat, increasing, slipping stitches, knitting 4 stitches together, knitting loosely.
