The Last Evening
Sneak off into the night with this textured asymmetric poncho. Worked both flat and in the round from the top down, The Last Evening is the perfect thing to throw on over an outfit, or even wrap around your neck for a snuggly cowl.
Sizes
One size, 39” around shoulders, 18” at longest point, 6” at shortest point.
Yarn
Knits in Class “Twist” 70% Merino Wool, 30% Cotton. 170 yds per 100 g skein. Shown in Cuppa Tea. 3 skeins.
Needles
5 mm (US 8) circulars (at least 16” long)
6.5 mm (US 10.5) circulars (at least 16” long)
Gauge
14 sts & 16 rows = 4” in Chevron Texture using larger needles, blocked.
Adjust needle size to obtain gauge.

Pattern Notes
The Last Evening starts with Twisted Rib in the Round and Chevron Texture in the Round. It is then knit flat in Chevron Texture Flat and Seed Stitch. Each side is rapidly decreased to come to a point.
