The Halcyon Scarf
A free version is also available.
The Halcyon Scarf pattern is part of “The Halcyon Patterns Collection” and is always free on my blog.
SKILL LEVEL: Advanced Beginner
MATERIALS
Worsted Weight (#4) Yarn | Caron Cakes in Faerie Cake, approximately 386 yards
Crochet Hook Size I | 5.5 mm (or size to obtain gauge)
Scissors
Tape Measure
Tapestry Needle
2 Stitch Markers
GAUGE: 14 sts x 17 rows = 4 inches
This pattern can be easily modified by adjusting to the size you prefer. To make it shorter/longer, you can deduct/add some rows, and follow the increasing/decreasing pattern.
Like the two other patterns from this collection, this pattern works up fairly fast and it uses ONE CAKE - Caron Cakes, but of course, you’re free to use any worsted weight (#4) yarn.
I hope that you like this pattern and if ever you have a question, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I’d love to see your cowl! Please tag me @stringsandcuddles so I can see and share your project.
Don’t forget the other two patterns from The Halcyon Patterns Collection --- The Halcyon Beanie and Cowl!
Happy crocheting!
