I’m hooked on history documentaries, and ever since I was little; I’ve always been infatuated by The Tudors.

Their fashion is something I am in awe by - and after binging on lots of Documentaries during Lockdown, I decided to design my own made to measure version of a Tudor dress. Inspired by the beautiful Anne Boleyn with a modern twist.

This pattern is written and is designed to be made according to your OWN measurements and is also customisable in length and coverage and allows you to ensure you have sufficient bust, hip and back room.

It is written in US TERMS and is suited for advanced beginners. Detailed notes can be found throughout the pattern to walk you through, step-by-step to ensure you make the perfect REGALLY beautiful dress

It uses a 4.5mm hook, and worsted weight yarn - the yardage will entirely depend on the size you make but you’d approximately need between 800-2500yrds for a dress that is around mid-thigh to knee length. Or feel free to make it a tunic, mini dress or even longer, let the creativity bloom!
