The Shawl can be knitted in DK weight or 4ply/Fingering weight yarn. Two sizes are offered in each weight. The main body of the shawl should be knitted in a solid or semi-solid colour to best show off the textured stitches in the pattern. The edging can be knitted in the same colour or a contrast/multi-colour to give an accent as in the images.

The main part of the 4ply Large shawl requires at least 440m of yarn. The edging takes approx 135m of yarn. This is the largest requirement of the shawl variations.

This pattern is a KAL starting on 1st June.
