This Teacher Tote works up beautifully with great texture. I used worsted weight cotton yarn and an I (5.5MM) hook, but testers have made it without the “teacher” tapestry crochet rounds and in variegated cake yarn, and it’s beautiful!

Stitching
The tote is made from the bottom up on both sides of a starting chain in joined rounds, and the stitch pattern ensures great texture! Basic stitches are used and defined in the pattern.
