This is a GREAT beginner graph project! MOST of my testers never did a graph before this pattern. The panels are only 21ST by 32 row, easy breezy!!!
There are thinner, simpler ways to construct this, but this pattern is done in layers in a thick yarn intentionally. To protect the darn hundred dollar thing! So, here goes!
Either yarn will work-just use the Aran weight doubled.
