The Sweet Spring Socks are an elegant ankle or ‘shorty’ sock featuring a repeating lace pattern on the top of the foot.

The pattern features optional cuff instructions for picot (pictured) or 1x1 rib, and an option to turn these socks into mid-calf length.

The heel style is heel flap with short row heel turn.

These socks look best in a tonal dyed yarn in soft subtle colors to help make the lace pattern really stand out. The sample is knit in a skein of yarn that I hand-dyed. The fibre content is 75% Fine Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon.
