Sweet Pea
Felted bucket bag knit in one piece from the bottom up. No seaming! You will be knitting with several strands of yarn at once. You will need 1800 meters untreated wool, 10mm circular needles (32”) and a stitch marker. You may use worsted or slightly heavier wools.
Approximate measurements after felting: 11” high, 13” wide, 6” deep and 10-12 inch drop. The dimensions and appearance of each bag is determined by yarn used, gauge, felting time, and water temperature. Each bag will be unique!
My red bag was made with Berroco Ultra Alpaca. Alpaca felts well, but there will be some “clean up time” after it dries (snipping excess fuzz, etc).
Fast, easy knit!
